Welcome to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, Web Site. As you browse through our site you will notice that we are a very active and welcoming community.
To better serve you we have two parish sites: Sacred Heart Church in
Lewisburg and Saint George Church in Mifflinburg .
Our care and concern reaches out to every age group, addressing
individual and community needs, with many opportunities for service
to the Lord and his people.
The center of our parish life is the Celebration of the Eucharist. From this
source of strength, we are all empowered to be active members of the
Body of Christ in this parish , at this time in history.
Our ministries are many and varied. You will find opportunities to be
ministered to and to minister to others. I refer you to our
Ministries Directory.
If you are not presently an active member in another church community,
I invite you to contact me for a personal visit to our parish.
If you are a parishioner, I encourage you to get more involved in the life
of our parish , through the multiple opportunities available.
