Boy Scouts
Boy Scouts is a national program that promises opportunities, experiences and duties to help boys mature into strong, wise adults: offering many activities including weekly meetings, summer camp, and day hikes to 2 week long adventure treks at BSA sponsored facilities. Boys learn skills by working on merit badges and advancing through various ranks to achieve the highest rank in scouting, The Eagle.
Boys 11 to 17 years old or boys who have earned the Arrow of Light in Cub Scouts may join Boy Scouts.
Weekly meetings are on Monday nights from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, at St. George Church. Various activities occur on weekends or as scheduled by the Troop or Council.
