To better serve you we have two parish sites: Sacred Heart Church in
Lewisburg and Saint George Church in Mifflinburg .
Our care and concern reaches out to every age group,
addressing individual and community needs,
with many opportunities for service
to the Lord and his people.
The center of our parish life is the Celebration of the Eucharist.
From this source of strength, we are all empowered to be active
members of the Body of Christ in this parish , at this time in history.
Our ministries are many and varied. You will find opportunities to be
ministered to and to minister to others. I refer you to our
Ministries Directory.
If you are not presently an active member in another church community,
I invite you to contact me for a personal visit to our parish.
If you are a parishioner, I encourage you to get more involved in the life
of our parish , through the multiple opportunities available.

Prayer to End Abortion
Lord God, I thank you today for the gift of my life, And for the lives of all my brothers and sisters. I know there is nothing that destroys more life than abortion, Yet I rejoice that you have conquered death by the Resurrection of Your Son. I am ready to do my part in ending abortion. Today I commit myself Never to be silent, Never to be passive, Never to be forgetful of the unborn. I commit myself to be active in the pro-life movement, And never to stop defending life Until all my brothers and sisters are protected, And our nation once again becomes A nation with liberty and justice Not just for some, but for all, Through Christ our Lord. Amen!.
